Reversing the stigma of HIV in at-risk populations.

PROJECT:  iQ Solutions worked to decrease the spread of HIV among American Indian and Alaska Native populations—an audience hardly reached when it comes to prevention messages. We accomplished this objective by reducing the stigma associated with HIV (and getting tested) in these communities. By implementing education programs and distributing rapid HIV test kits to health service organizations, we are changing long-held attitudes on this important health issue.
