Ileana Quintas, founder and CEO of IQ Solutions, established the company in August 1993 to fulfill her dream of providing effective health education programming to improve quality of life and well-being for all people. To ensure that clients receive the strategic insight they deserve, she steps in and out of projects that draw on her technical skills, experience, and knowledge base. Ileana specializes in providing direction that is specifically tailored to each client’s goals and objectives.
A health educator and established expert in health communications and special populations, Ileana’s track record of success speaks for itself. Her integrity, strategic vision, and commitment to her dream have enabled her to successfully grow the company from one employee in 1993 to over 300 employees, about 20 active contracts, and nearly $35 million in revenues in 2010.
