Ruth Ann Speir has more than 15 years of experience in health program administration, management, and promotion and over 10 years of experience in operations and management of Federal health information center projects for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) including the National Institutes of Health.
As the Vice President of Information Services, she oversees call center, distribution, and warehouse operations for six HHS clearinghouse and information center projects, including the National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research, the National Institute of Neurological Diseases and Disorders, and the National Institute of Arthritis, Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases, as well as high-profile, Office of the Secretary projects.
