Ms. Isenberg Blacker has extensive experience in the fields of social marketing, health education, Web communications, partnership development, virtual information center management, and program planning. She has successfully leveraged this expertise for clients such as the National Institutes of Health, the National Institute of Justice, the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, the Spina Bifida Association of America, and AARP.

She managed the National Medicare Education Program and the Medicare & You campaign for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Jennifer is especially adept at applying social marketing principles and targeted communications strategies via a broad range of established and emerging media to reach health care providers, educators, teens, the media, and diverse populations.
