Michael Collins

Michael Collins, PMP, is the senior vice president of information technology (IT) at IQ Solutions. He has 25 years of experience in managing public- and private-sector IT initiatives. One of his strongest professional assets is his ability to provide analytical, technical, and visionary leadership for systems architecture, data warehousing, business intelligence, and Internet security.

As senior vice president, Mr. Collins is responsible for deliverables management, technical implementation and planning, requirements analysis, resource management, cost estimation, and risk mitigation activities for all IT projects.

He has experience successfully working with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Office of Information Services to implement the Information Management System in compliance with product development and maintenance best practices. Mr. Collins is a certified Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMP) and a certified Network Engineer (MSCE, MCNE, and CNE).
