I bring my experience in the clinical field, which in combination with my quantitative background, allows me to analyze in detail and provide creative solutions to different public health issues.
I enjoy reading about the variety of approaches that researchers use to advance our knowledge in the field of disease prevention. I have a special interest in the study of infectious diseases, and it is very motivating to learn how the research findings can have an important impact on populations at risk for these conditions.
My biggest inspiration is to learn how we can adapt different interventions to prevent and control diseases across settings with different levels of resources, improving the quality of life and reducing the burden of disease of vulnerable populations.
